Safety & Student Success

All of our students deserve physical and emotional safety regardless of any actual or perceived differences.  Through policy, learning opportunities and accountability all of our schools can continue to develop, maintain and enhance a safe learning environment for students. 

I will be a strong advocate for policies and practices that help assure safety for all students and those surrounding them on campus.

Special attention is needed to assure the emotional safety of all students including those who identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+. and/or have a visible or invisible disability or who are bullied by others.
